COGEP is particularly committed to respecting privacy and protecting personal data.
In effect since May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) restores control of one’s data to individuals. It establishes a high and uniform level of data protection throughout the European Union and defines a legal framework suitable for the digital age.
According to this regulation, personal data refers to any information related to a natural person who is directly identified (such as last name, first name, address, email address, etc.) or who may be indireclty identified (such as a phone number, biometric, genetic, economic, social data, or image).
A processing, on the other hand, represents any automated or paper-based manipulation of personal data (information collection for patient record creation, recording via video surveillance, or extraction and dissemination of data for study purposes). 
This policy aims to inform you about how COGEP collects, processes, or retains this data.
This policy may be amended, supplemented, or uptaded to comply with legal, regulatory, jurisprudential, and technical developments. The online version is the current version.

We collect your personal data when you fill out one of our forms (newsletter subscription, contact forms) and through cookies.

COGEP protects your personal data by implementing physical and logical security measures to safeguard it from unauthorized access, improper use, disclosure, loss, and destruction.
