From January 1st, 2023, companies must maintain supplementary social protection cover for employees whose contracts are suspended with payment of a replacement income by the employer, such as in the event of partial unemployment or long-term partial activity.
To ensure compliance, don’t forget to update your instrument of implementation (DUE*, company agreement or referendum) before December 31st,2024. This will ensure that your scheme remains collective and in line with the new insurance contracts.
